I recently took 2 vehicles to this shop because I know they will be honest about my options. I drove 4.5 hours one way to take my BMW and Toyota Tundra to them to work on. The BMW they saved me $1400 and on the Tundra they saved me $1700 - which was great since I was not making an insurance claim. They are not the cheapest and they are not the most expensive, but I think they do amazing work at a VERY fair price - all in a very reasonable amount of time.
Bought a 2003 Silverado extended cab that had been wrecked, it got nailed pretty good in the front passenger corner, so needless to say the frame was outta whack. I took it down to these guys to have the frame straightened, and they did an absolutely excellent job, the fender and hood both lined up perfectly. The price was a little more than what we expected, but for the work they did, I didn't mind spending a bit more.
